I have to give a HUGE shout out to my health coach Randi. She has been an incredible asset over the last few weeks to help me with some much needed balance and confidence to my new healthy lifestyle. I had decided earlier in the year to find a way to hold myself more accountable for the food I was eating and preparing for my family. Through her non-judgmental guidance and education I found bountiful meal options that didn't lack in taste but really focused on versatile natural options. For some people eating healthy comes easily but with my upbringing it was always a challenge. Randi really helped make this uphill battle a walk in the park and that is something I can continue to implement and now encourage my kids to enjoy. I have lost 7 lbs. and I am incredibly grateful to have had her through this journey!

Randi really knows her stuff! In the few weeks that I got to work with her I learned so much. She is extremely well organized, and has an amazing amount of knowledge that she is not afraid to share. She starts out slow, she keeps things very realistic, and is always willing to help and give advice. She understands that the journey towards healthy living will not happen overnight and she helps you set and obtain realistic goals during the week to stay on track. She checks in several times a week to see if she can help with anything and ensure you are not struggling. Whenever I had a craving or a bad week she took that information and presented ways to adjust it moving forward so that it was easier to overcome those obstacles. She can find a healthier alternative for anything, and starting out that is such an invaluable skill because there are so many false healthy options that it is hard to know what's best right away. She is flexible, prompt, and very personable so it doesn't feel like you're being lectured. I highly recommend her services!
Randi is awesome. She taught me a lot about nutrition; she is very caring and also understands what people my age are going through. She also put me in touch with a wonderful naturopathic doctor who helped me to understand what was going on with my body. She has amazing recipes, taught me how to read labels at the grocery store and gave me great ideas for meals!
We had a great experience with Randi. She was able to take our lifestyle into account and help us modify our eating habits to still lose weight. Her plans are fun, easy and her recipes taste amazing. Our weight loss was gradual but we never thought it was difficult and we never said “I quit”. We lost inches and pounds but even more importantly we learned how to read nutrition labels and make healthier choices for ourselves our kids. Thank you Randi!
Randi is awesome at what she does! She helped me lose over 10 lbs and guess what- I actually got to eat good food. She taught me a lot of things that I have been able to take with me every time I go shopping. She is great at keeping touch and was always a text away when I was confused about something. Stick with her program and you will see results!
Working with Randi has really helped me to work toward my health goals and I love learning how to set and actually reach my goals each week. It feels so good to reach goals instead of feeling like a diet failure! I am learning how to focus on nutrition instead of lack of calories/carbs. No more all or nothing diet thinking! I feel like I am seeing the whole puzzle now- the purpose of healthy food choices, beyond the weight loss. Randi is so knowledgeable and gentle, I never feel judged or criticized- even when I know I haven’t given my all during the week. I have lost over 25 pounds so far and a MANY inches, but even more important, I know I will keep these new habits for life!
Randi is extremely knowledgeable about health and nutrition and has helped me to realize I do have the ability to prioritize my health and fitness. I truly appreciate the opportunity to have her knowledge and guidance as part of my journey.
I worked with Randi and was 100% satisfied with what I learned. She made me more aware of what was going on mentally which is why I chose her from the start. You cannot "diet" or even workout unless you are in the right state of mind and that is what Randi helps with. One on one, grocery shops with you, checks in constantly, and gets back to you right away, especially when you have questions. It is all about balance. Was very pleased!
