If you want the best of all worlds- personal training and improved nutrition will get you the BEST results! I will write you a work out program to be done at your gym or in your own home. I will walk you through each step of the workout and make sure you are comfortable with the program. I can assist with each workout, or you may do them on your own after you feel comfortable. We will re assess and make adjustments as needed. At the same time, I will help you make any changes needed in your diet to help facilitate fat loss and maximum improvement in physique.
