ACCOUNTABILITY! The fact is that weight loss and good health is 80% nutrition. You cannot out run a poor diet. We have to make choices about what to eat many times per day- no wonder making good choices is so difficult! I can help you to reach your nutrition goals by creating a plan that works for you and I will help to keep you on track every week until you get there!
I am not selling any special shakes, pills, or herbs- just offering scientific based information to help you make permanent changes to your health and diet. I will look at all aspects of your life and help you to make changes where needed. I am here to help you stay accountable and to be a support to you each day.
Pretty much EVERYTHING. For instance- When we decide to make a change in our eating habits based on our own self loathing- it will be a very difficult journey that will not lead to permanent change. If we are making changes to our diet to better ourselves, our quality of life and because we truly love/appreciate ourselves and what our bodies have been through, this makes the journey much smoother, more enjoyable and lasting.
Eating mostly whole, low processed foods is a great way of being able to feel full, enjoy delicious food and still lose fat. No calorie counting needed! This is also the best way to feel good- physically and emotionally. Highly processed foods full of sugar, salt, and artificial flavors and colors wreak havoc on your system and brain.
Working together means we need to have an honest and open relationship. This means you must be willing to be honest with yourself (#1) and with me about what you are eating, why you are eating what you are and any other lifestyle habits/behaviors that may affect your health and weight. You must be ready to discover the reasons you choose
